Scoping missions and assessments conducted to identify labor market needs and skill gaps in Egypt.

Training curricula for vocational and entrepreneurship programs start development.

Partnerships with 120 companies promote decent work practices, job placements, and dual education opportunities. Training delivery for Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Photovoltaic Systems (PVS) begins, building on prior trainer preparation. A mid-project review evaluates progress, ensuring alignment with KPIs for job creation and improved working conditions.
